Social Responsibility Policy
¡´ Our structure is complying with relevant government regulations with labor laws, environmental protection and occupational Health and Safety.
¡´ Respect employee’s freedom, prohibit any forms of forced labor.
¡´ Provide an equal and fair work environment, no use of child labor, respect employee’s basic human rights and prohibit any forms of insulting behavior and any forms of discrimination.
¡´ Provide reasonable salaries and benefits which can at least satisfy employee’s basic needs. Comply with relevant labor laws and regulations, and the local recognized human rights of labor to fulfill our responsibility to protect the legal right of employees of eLaser.
¡´ eLaser shall comply with laws and regulations related to the Intellectual property rights and Personal Information Protection Act for respecting company's and employees' rights of privacy and shall protect personal data provided by employees.
¡´ Promote labor-management cooperation transparently, respect employee’s opinion. eLaser gathers employee feedback through various channels, which allow employees to express their opinions adequately and freely without any duress. Employees can provide feedback through the channels such as E-mail, access to grievance system, communication Forum etc, and a designated associate will be assigned accordingly. We work hard to maintain a strong and healthy employee-employer relationship.
¡´ Insist on integrity, and realize our corporate culture of “Always Sincere” and "Comply Codes of Ethical Conduct" in all public society relationships. Strictly stipulates avoiding conflicts of interest and sets anti-corruption principles.
¡´ Conflict Minerals Policy, We commit and also request our suppliers to comply with the following requirements and shall conducts related business transactions in accordance with RBA :
not to use and not to purchase the conflicting minerals from conflict areas and regions, to guarantee their products free from conflicting mineral from the Congo and surrounding countries or regions, to trace the source of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Su) used in all products, to convey such requests to its upstream suppliers for compliance, and to require our suppliers not to use any conflicting materials.
